What We Do
Case Management Approach

    The hallmark of all CO-OP programs and services is our highly effective
    Case-Management Approach.  All of our staff and volunteers are
    trained to provide individualized case-management services to each
    client who enters our office.  If we do not have a program that meets
    your need, we will provide you with a referral to a local agency that can
    assist you.


Service Delivery Model

    Each of our programs have been designed around the CO-OP Service
    Delivery Model.  This model has been identified as a way to streamline
    service delivery create continuity for clients participating in multiple
    programs.   


Family Environment

    Over the years, CO-OP become like a family to many of our clients.  
    We create this Family Environment by working together as team to
    make our experiences memorable for everyone.  It takes a great deal
    of trust, longevity, and mutual respect to operate our programs.  We
    are a people driven agency with an office that feels more like a home.


Outreach Initiatives

    We provide a variety of Outreach Initiatives to the community.  These
    activities range from resource referrals and partnership opportunities to
    our annual open house and CPR Trainings.

    We believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to succeed and has
    the ability to realize their dreams.  Our Opportunity Programs enable us
    to reach our goal of helping others help themselves.
