CO-OP: Volunteer

CO-OP began as a volunteer-run agency in 2001.

Although we have grown significantly since then, we rely on volunteer support to provide support services
to our grant-funded programs. It is through our volunteers that we are able to provide the majority
of our programs and services to the community.

Once a volunteer expresses interest in working with CO-OP, the following process is initiated:

1) Welcome email, call, or letter from the Volunteer Coordinator and

request for additional

nformation;

2) Submission of resume and/or biographical information;

3) Interview with Volunteer Coordinator (submit Volunteer

Application);

4) Background check and reference screening; and,

5) Volunteer assignment and orientation.
