The CO-OP Workshop and Training Policies and Procedures are as follows:
- Registration for fee-based trainings must be complete at least 48 hours prior to the training start time.
- Late or on-site registrations may be accepted only with prior approval from the facilitator.
- All payments must be received 24 hours prior to the training.
- All training content is protected by copyright.
- All training participants must be registered.
- Only one participant allowed per registration.
- Group registrations are available upon request.
- A certificate of completion is available upon request.
- Discounts are available for multiple attendees within the same organization or multiple sessions
registered during a single registration transaction (contact the facilitator for discount information).
- Discounts are only provided when the registrations occur during the same transaction.
- We cannot retroactively combine single registrations together;
- Registration for webinars are available only through our easy online registration forms, however,
payments can be accepted in person or via our payments page.
- Multiple forms of payment are accepted via our payments page.
- If a training session is cancelled at the discretion of CO-OP, all registration fees will be refunded.
- Unfortunately, we cannot provide a refund for cancellation by a registrant.
- Registrations for FREE webinars will be accepted at any time prior to the start of the webinar.
- Unique individual webinar passwords will be provided 24 hours prior to the webinar start time.
- Webinar handouts and/or powerpoint slides will be provided 48 hours after the webinar start time.
- We reserve the right to amend these policies at any time with or without notice.
- Trainings may be canceled and/or rescheduled by CO-OP at any time due to insufficient enrollment,
or for any other reason impeding CO-OP's ability to proceed with the current schedule.
