The CO-OP Network is a collaborative of our community's leading change agents in the non-
profit, educational, business, and public service industries. By working together, we are able to
enhance our services, partner on joint projects, cross-promote our services and resources, and provide the
types of social and economic opportunities that improve the lives of local low income and working families.
Through our unique partnership, our members are spearheading the growth and transformation
of our communities by leveraging resources, strengthening infrastructure, and speaking as one
voice in our advocacy efforts.
Our success is built on four pillars:
- Communication - promotion of peer exchanges of ideas and information leading to shared
strategies, aligned goals, and streamlined services;
- Partnership - development of joint projects and social enterprise business ventures that lead to
mutual agency benefit and improves the capacity of each agency to fulfill its mission;
- Impact - emphasis on improving overall outcomes by conducting inter-agency evaluation and
consultancy projects that identifies and addresses any gaps in services or highlights indicators of
success;
- Growth - avoiding duplication of services across mutual client groups while working together to
enhance each agency's ability to increase its impact ways that can be sustained and replicated.
