The information on this page pertains specifically to those who currently serve or were invited
to serve as a member of the Board of Directors for one or more companies within the CO-OP
Family of Companies.
In an effort to accommodate our various schedules and time commitments, we are offering a series of
webinars to conduct our Board Member orientation. The webinars are interactive and allow you to speak or
write your questions to the facilitator. Dr. Sharma Henderson, our President/CEO will be conducting
the workshops and will respond to all of your questions.
