DeShawn Fuller-Gough, M.S.

DeShawn Fuller Gough is a founding member of CO-OP and currently
serves as its Board Secretary and Vice-President.
She received her B.A. in Psychology from the University of California,
Santa Cruz and her M.S. in Counseling from California State University,
Los Angeles. She is currently completing a Ph.D. in Non-Profit
Management at Capella University.
DeShawn has had a life-long commitment to improving her
community. She has worn many hats to make this goal a reality.
She has been a Peer-Counselor, Tutor, Academic Advisor, and Project
Administrator for various community-based and university programs.
She is also trained in Applied Behavior Analysis and received her Pupil
Personnel Credential.
Currently, DeShawn is the Program Director for CO-OP's Upward
Bound Programs and the Assistant Director of general service
programs.
She manages the daily operations of our academic programs. She
provides leadership for the program staff and ensures that the goals
and objectives of each grant are achieved. DeShawn is also CO-OP's
Certified CPR and First Aid Instructor!
DeShawn is a loving wife to her husband Duane. They reside in
Carson, California along with their son, Devin.
