CO-OP is dedicated to improving the lives of individuals residing in the impoverished areas of
Southern California by providing comprehensive case-managed services and projects in
targeted communities. The CO-OP main office is located in the Airport Office Center in Westchester,
just minutes from LAX. We provide direct services at our office site and at select partner agency sites in
various cities and unincorporated areas.

Our mission is to empower the individuals, children, and families in urban areas by exposing
them to educational, financial, career, and health opportunities they might not normally receive.

We are dedicated to providing professional, courteous, and supportive services to each of our clients.
Service delivery includes assessment, advisement, counseling, enrollment, referral, and follow-up. We hold
that opportunity leads to success and that success is defined by meeting personal and professional goals
that create wellness, happiness, and self-sufficiency. We believe that no person is beyond
assistance, and maintain a quality staff who work tirelessly to help individuals realize their own
potential, strength, and resilience.

Our vision is that CO-OP will be known as a hub for socio-economic change for people and
communities in need throughout Southern California assisting individuals, family units, and
entire neighborhoods in reaching their full potential.

In order to achieve such goals, our commitment retains a connection to communal, societal, and global
responsibility. It is imperative and a top priority that all CO-OP staff have experience, understanding, and a
willingness to work with and motivate high-risk individuals. All of our programs and services are
reflective of our mission and vision statements. We retain a pride in our quality and diversity in
staffing and governance that is reflective of our targeted population.
